Obsessions

Lately there are a few things that I have been obsessed with. First being Pinterest, I cannot pull myself away!!! If you don't know what it is I'm not going to tell you because you will get addicted too:) I am also obsessed with cardmaking and am getting better at it. A few more cards that I made this week are below.

I am also loving yams, way too much candy, not cleaning my room (I seriously have no motivation to do it these days, which is not like me), all things BBC (most recently Downtown Abbey), going to bed early, and anything that has to do with my Mom (I am missing her sooooo bad).

For years I have been trying to get down to the Monticello temple and have not had the chance. Then I found out the parent's of my friend Mikeala live in Blanding and have been bugging her since. She invited me several times, but I could never go. Finally this past weekend we made it happen and invited others to come along. It was a blast! We packed our schedule full every minute we were there. Now I can say I have been to every temple in Utah except the three that are not completed yet.Rebecca, Mikeala, Mindi, Marcole, and Carol after the session

Oh baby, oh baby!

I have been inundated with babies lately. First being my niece born in June, of course she is my favorite:) Then several of my friends are pregnant or having babies right now. Last week I hosted a baby shower for a good friend and several people there were expecting. So with all this happening I have to post a few pictures of three different babies:)

More Halloween

I absolutely love my craft class. I think it is safe to say that it is the highlight of my week! Our teacher is so giving, contributing her own supplies and time.Two more Halloween cards we made:)

Most people that know me know I love flowers! I can name most of the flowers in this video. I loved it so much I just had to share it!

I'm a Crafty Girl:)

I found a cardmaking/craft class that is free! It is once a week, they provide all the supplies, and I feel so crafty. This week I even had Janet come with me (I think she enjoyed it). I love making cards,I think because they can be accomplished in a short amount of time (unlike scrapbooking), but we also do small craft projects in addition to the cards. I have been trying to fill my life with things other then work that make me feel good so I started volunteering at two different places, try to serve a person a week, and I am really trying to serve my family (mostly my parents). If I stay busy, I stay happy:)Some of the cards I made the first week. We also made gift bags.

Finding a really good book to read that you can't put down.
A Pumpkin Steamer on a cold morning.
Fall Leaves and all the other fun stuff that goes along with the season.
Finding a new friend.
Getting a full nights rest.
Looking forward to vacations.
Remembering to pray morning and night!!!
Being busy at work.
