Like a chicken with its head cut off (get it?)....

Man I have really been bad about posting lately, but with all I have going on I feel excused.  From the moment I got engaged it seems like it has been a constant flow of plans.  We have had family get-together's, birthdays, wedding planning, Conference, and on top of that I have been packing stuff to move.  Ryan and I have been painting in the house this week too.  For the last week the boys, with the exception of Kael, have been with their Mom, so Kael has been here a week and will be here another.
We are taking him to the aquarium tomorrow.  Then Sunday the parents will finally meet!

I talked about starting a tradition with the boys for their birthday in a previous post.  Drew and Robby both had birthday's this last month (March) so Drew and I saw Mr. Peabody and Sherman and ate at Olive Garden afterwards.  Unfortunately because of family visiting and Spring break I wasn't about to take Robby to a movie, but he chose to eat at Sonic and picked a red box movie.
They both had several birthday treats/cakes.

I also went to Women's Conference with Janet (Bonus Mom) and Grandma Nielson.  It was awesome!  I was pretty overwhelmed, especially when all the women were singing so I cried.
Oh ya, at the beginning of March I went down south for a quick weekend trip to visit one of my closest girlfriends, Mikaela.  We went hiking, on a scenic drive, watched a movie, and best of all just had girl talk time.  I sure miss her living down south, but will be excited to see her for the wedding.

Wedding plans tend to make me crazy stressed, so I am glad they are pretty much over besides the cake.  I have mostly enjoyed the decorations part.  We got engagements out of the way this last week and the announcements go out next week.

I have enjoyed painting with Ryan and also making my own ottoman.  Anything that distracts from Wedding is much appreciated.  Although packing hasn't been fun!  Most of all I love the calming influence of Ryan.  I tend to worry or stress over so much and he helps me "throw it out the window" so to speak.  So lucky to be marrying this guy.  I will miss him as he has to go to Ireland for a few weeks soon for work.

Robby loved decorating these cupcakes with me.

All Drew wanted was a Maple doughnut, so I got him a BIG one.

Indian ruins with Mikaela and Clarissa.

Yes, I know how to use a drill.

One of the pics from our engagement session, not the one we picked though.
